L&#8217;anziano signore circolava a bordo di una moto elettrica con dei pedali ma questi non sono stati ritenuti sufficienti per farlo diventare solo un mezzo a pedalata assistita. Gli agenti hanno fermato l&#8217;uomo perch\u00e9 non utilizzava i pedali nel corso della marcia.
