Il nuovo itinerario si chiama Slovenia Green Wellness Route. La  partenza e arrivo sono posti nella capitale Lubiana. Il percorso conduce quindi a Kamnik, alla periferia delle Alpi di Kamnik e della Savinjske, dopodich\u00e9 svolta a est verso Maribor e la parte pannonica, meno montuosa del paese, nella conca della Drava e poi, un po&#8217; pi\u00f9 a sud, il fiume sloveno pi\u00f9 lungo , il Sava.
